This initiative highlights the importance of user feedback, particularly Quality Issues, which spotlight discrepancies between user expectations and actual experiences, leading to friction. unitQ’s advanced AI systems analyzed these issues users reported in app store reviews across the top applications to distinguish the companies that achieved a unitQ Score ranging from Good to Epic during Fall 2023.
